At The Brits, “work” and “life” are very important. “Worklife” acts as an important component of retaining talent within organisations. The Brits, says no to leave encashment. Since this a trend followed in many companies, and from many years it came as a surprise how this could have been accepted as a norm at The Brits. The senior management, came up saying this way all the leaves are used up. Employees have no motivation to NOT utilize them before term end. This small step has ensured the people to life a healthy life. Productivity of the organisation was decreasing. Over-worked employees were not increasing the productivity of the organisation by just clocking in for the day. By removing this facility leaves were utilized and hence work-life ensured.
